Namaste! Our method is the same old traditional way to mature the paddy for making fresh hand pounded rice, in which we farmers make big earthen pots in our homes and we fill the paddy in that pot. The mouth of the pot is closed with soil for 2 years. In this time-tested method the rice becomes more pure, insects will not be found in this rice. This rice becomes easily digestible. We farmers keep strong patience for this process.
